I'm Clare, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with nearly 20 years of experience helping people build strength, improve mobility, and feel confident in their bodies. My passion is making fitness approachable, personalized, and sustainable so you can reach your goals without the confusion or overwhelm. As a coach, wife, and mom, I understand that fitness has to fit into real life. My goal is to create programs that are effective, sustainable, and realistic for your schedule.

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology because I wanted to understand not only how people exercise, but why certain approaches work. That education continues to shape the way I coach today, combining evidence-based programming with practical strategies that fit into real life.

Whether we're working together through Signature Coaching, virtual personal training, or in person at Heritage Landing, every program is built around you. Your goals, your schedule, your experience level, your available equipment, and your lifestyle all play a role in creating a plan that's realistic and effective.
